irc/ezbounce: Deprecate port (again)
This port has been marked broken for two-and-a-half months due to a
Boost update, does not build with modern compilers (now also GCC 15,
not just clang), is dead upstream with the last release 15 years ago.
So deprecate (again) with an expiration date in five weeks (= nearly
four months after being marked BROKEN).

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

*/*: Replace USE_GCC=any with USE_GCC=yes
USE_GCC=any has been equivalent to USE_GCC=yes in most cases (such
as i386 and amd64 since 12.x and depending on configuration 11.x,
most newer installations on other platforms, and 13.x across the
board).
Since commit 96c17633d90386b5bcf8 Mk/bsd.gcc.mk is treating them as
different spellings of the same, so continue the deorbiting of the
USE_GCC=any form and simply replace it with USE_GCC=yes.
This should not make any functional difference at all.

Bump PORTREVISION for ports depending on the canonical version of GCC
as defined in Mk/bsd.default-versions.mk which has moved from GCC 8.3
to GCC 9.1 under most circumstances now after revision 507371.
This includes ports
- with USE_GCC=yes or USE_GCC=any,
- with USES=fortran,
- using Mk/bsd.octave.mk which in turn features USES=fortran, and
- with USES=compiler specifying openmp, nestedfct, c11, c++0x, c++11-lang,
c++11-lib, c++14-lang, c++17-lang, or gcc-c++11-lib
plus, everything INDEX-11 shows with a dependency on lang/gcc9 now.

For ports maintained by ports@FreeBSD.org, remove names and/or
e-mail addresses from the pkg-descr file that could reasonably
be mistaken for maintainer contact information in order to avoid
confusion on the part of users looking for support. As a pleasant
side effect this also avoids confusion and/or frustration for people

Update to 1.02.
Fixes:
- The issue with the pid file having bogus permissions
- A bug that can result in people remoting crashing your proxy
The author states:
I won't go into exploitation details here of the latter. That's what the
patch is for... It is not a buffer overrun problem, but a null pointer
dereference. I'd suggest everyone to upgrade. |

Remove maintainership of most of my ports. I don't really have time to
maintain these and I'm just not interested in these particular ones any more.
