Remove do-configure section, use PERL_CONFIGURE now.    

Bad will, don't put manpage references in the PLIST!  Bad!  No more   committing
until you fix that p5-Class-Tom error too!  Put manpages in the   Makefile like
you're supposed to!    

Add missed dependencies on Apache and mod_perl.    

Add p5-Apache-AuthCookie 2.011, a perl module to provide custom forms for  
reauthentication.
