GNOME has just changed the layout of their FTP site.  This resulted in
making all the distfiles unfetachable.  Update all GNOME ports that fetch
from MASTER_SITE_GNOME to fetch from the correct location.

Convert all core GNOME1 components and some of the most popular GNOME1
apps to bsd.gnomeng.mk. The goal is to make GNOME1 framework more modular,
which will allow to use GNOME1 apps with GNOME2 desktop as well as considerably
reduce langht of dependency chains for GNOME1 ports (for example after this
commit AbiWord's dependency chain was reduced by 7 ports from 57 to only
50, while Gnumeric's - from 60 to 53 and so on).

The most of the GNOME1 apps are still not converted, so that lot of work is
still ahead.

Chase librep shlib version bump.

Comment out DIST_SUBDIR=gnome pending next version update.    

Since sawfish (and dependencies) are critical parts of the GNOME   environment,
track the versions available on the GNOME sites, to ensure   maximum
compatibility.    

Just in the case undefine `WITHOUT_ALL' when building on bento.    

Rework oprional dependency mechanism, so that it always produces -gnome  
version of the package on bento.    

When building package forcefully turn optional GNOME components on, otherwise  
gnome and gnome-fifth-toe packages contain incorrect dependencies list.    

Use ${ARCH}-pc-freebsdX as CONFIGURE_TARGET instead of ${ARCH}-freebsdX. I   did
not see any problems with the later on my local box, but it doesn't do   any
harm, so put it in to make few users happy.    

- Location of librep's files has been changes to not hardcode minor release    
version number, therefore adjust rep-gtk accordingly;   - update version number
of librep shared library.    

Previous commit to this file was incorrect - actually we do have  
libexec/rep/i386--freebsd4.3/gui/gnome even in the NOGNOME case.    

We don't have a libexec/rep/%%GNUHOST%%/gui/gnome directory in the NOGNOME  
case, so don't try to remove it.    

SWitch maintainership of core GNOME ports to a small group of   committers
(gnome@FreeBSD.org), since this is now definitely too big   for just one person.
   

Various patches (mainly shared library revision changes) for those   ports that
depend on GNOME and need to change for 1.4    

Update to 0.15.    

Provide workarround for bug in bsd.gnome.mk, which in the case of WANT_GNOME  
and HAVE_GNOME defined doesn't provide GNOME/NOGNOME PLIST_SUB.    

Add WWW.    

Convert category x11-toolkits to new layout.  

Implement WANT_GNOME.    

Reflect new location of librep (LOCALBASE --> X11BASE). Bump PORTREVISION to  
make clear that update is necessary.
