Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles

Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.

This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles

It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.

Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.

There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

Clean up plist

Start cleaning up some of the uselessly ambigious patches named
patch-xy, and giving them proper names.

Add OPTIONS_DEFINE=DOCS for ports with %%PORTDOCS%% in the plist.

Where possible, correct a few instances where PORTDOCS was being used
to flag stuff in EXAMPLESDIR. For some ports, mostly those owned by
ruby@, PORTDOCS is applied to pretty much everything whether it's
documentation or example.

Fix properties on pkg-plist

Support stage

Remove NOPORT* from archivers. The only holdouts here are ruby@ now.

Add NO_STAGE all over the place in preparation for the staging support (cat:
archivers)

For a number of ports in archives category, trim the header and drop leading
indefinite article from COMMENT line; also fix few noticed styles bugs while
I am here.

De-pkg-comment.

Due to popular demant into each port which might be inserted into dependency
list by bsd.port.mk insert anti foot-shooting device, which prevents
infinite fork loop when the user defines corresponding USE_XXX in global
make.conf, command line or environment.

Similar devices should probably be inserted into ports that might be inserted
into dependency list by others bsd.foo.mk files (bsd.ruby.mk, bsd.python.mk
and so on.)

- Update to bzip 1.0.2, request maintainership    

Mark IGNORE for systems with bzip2 in the base.    

Turn maintance over the ports list.  Now that this is in the main src tree   it
could be cvs rm'ed for all I care.    

Switch to using "MASTER_SITE_SOURCEWARE"    

Prepend %%PORTDOCS%% where needed.    

Get rid of -b option to fetch.    

Add $FreeBSD$'s which help me in problem reports.    

Convert archivers category to new layout.  

Upgrade to version 1.0.1.    

Rename INSTALLS_SHLIBS to INSTALLS_SHLIB.  (There was a typo in the   previous
commit message to bsd.port.mk, which said INSTALL_SHLIBS.  Boo.)    

Fix MASSIVE typo INSTALL_SHLIBS --> INSTALLS_SHLIBS, which occured because I  
just cun'n'pasted the name from Satoshi's commit message without checking   it. 
  

Second round of INSTALL_SHLIBS=yes fixes.    

Build shared library as well.    

Don't forceably add -O2 to CFLAGS as this is known to cause problems   because
of optimization bugs in the compiler on the Alpha.    

Add -f when compressing manual to allow instaling over already existen port
