For a number of ports in archives category, trim the header and drop leading
indefinite article from COMMENT line; also fix few noticed styles bugs while
I am here.

- Return my ports back to the pool.  I was unable to make any fixes to
  my ports in the past 3 weeks while ports were broken on any 10.x
  machines, which means I'm unable to maintain them.  So let people know

  normal (which also means that anyone with spare time will be able
  to fix them without getting approval).

BROKEN: Broken pkg-plist

Update to 0.2.1, which supports ruby 1.6 again.

This does not work with ruby 1.6, but requires ruby 1.8 or later.
Maybe ruby 1.6 will be supported again, but for the moment mark this
port IGNORE when it is being built with ruby 1.6.

Update to 0.1.6, which is compatible with the latest ruby 1.8.

Introduce a knob RUBY_NO_RD_HTML and enable it by default on alpha.  This
replaces the non-working NOPORTDOCS workaround and fixes build on the alpha,
where rd2 coredumps.
