- Description:
- Xearth sets the X root window to an image of the Earth, as
seen from your favorite vantage point in space, correctly
shaded for the current position of the Sun. By default,
xearth updates the displayed image every five minutes. The
time between updates can be changed with the -wait option.
Xearth can also render directly into PPM and GIF files
instead of drawing in the root window.
There are three additional marker files installed in
/usr/local/lib/X11/xearth which specify the locations of
various FreeBSD people and places:
freebsd.committers.markers - FreeBSD committers
freebsd.submitters.markers - FreeBSD submitters
freebsd.ftp.markers - FreeBSD FTP mirrors

Partially revert r543919 and restore indented position of some committer
names on the xearth map. I had not been aware that the extra blanks in the
name fields had the purpose of offsetting name entries enough to make them
non-overlapping.
In fact, there are a lot of entries that have been added at a later time
and that are very near to each other, e.g. entries in Vienna or Berlin.
A better solution would be to detect the overlap in xearth and to adjust
for it, withiout the need to resort to manual offsets in those name fields.
