- Remove csound-manual, it's merged with main port

[PATCH, UPDATE] Update audio/csound and audio/csound-manual

        Schedule audio/csound-manual for deletion, the HTML docs
        and tutorial are now installed by the csound port, additional
        PDF docs can be downloaded from the website.

Since the acroread7 port is a somewhat important port for our users, I
will hand it over to emulation@ if no _active_ *committer* takes it
before the ports freeze.

While I'm here:
 - fix a little nit in the csound port (I think the intention was to
   create no backup file instead of creating one with a "-e" extension)
 - set ARCH to i386 in the amd64 case for the acroread7 port. This
   is a work-around to be able to install everything when a dependency
   is not already installed (ARCH is read-only in sub-makes, so the
   dependencies can't change it). This should be removed when the
   dependencies are fixed or converted to use bsd.linux-rpm.mk. [1]

This port is scheduled to be removed on 2005-02-18 if it is still
broken at that time, and a fix has not been submitted to GNATS.

Fix packing list.  Be a little less verbose.

Unbreak by adding new hashes and removing old size data (listing
multiple hashes for one distfile works, but listing multiple sizes
does not).  There were extensive changes, and I didn't examine them
all.  Changes include new example files and images; renumbering of
anchor names in HTML files; and removal of comments crediting Kevin
Conder, who made this version of the manual.

Add size data.

Use PAX macro.

Change to the Alternative Csound Reference Manual and fix packing
list.

to do:  generate HTML, text and PDF formats from the Docbook files
        with lynx, jade and htmldoc instead of downloading them
        ready-made

This port is scheduled for removal on Nov 7 2003 if it is still broken at
that time and no PRs have been submitted to fix it.  If you are interested
in saving this port, please send your patches to the maintainer.  If the
maintainer is unresponsive or the port has no maintainer, then please
submit them via send-pr.

Retire comment file.

Use CUT and FIND macros.

The Porters' Handbook says that for ports marked RESTRICTED, "the  
distfiles/packages will not be available even from our FTP sites."   Even though
I marked these RESTRICTED, packages have appeared on   the FTP sites.  Perhaps
this was due to the "#" in the RESTRICTED   line.    

Update to 4.10.  The update1.zip and update2.zip files are no longer  
available.  The contents of ascii.zip, html.zip, manual1.zip and   manual2.zip
changed.    

Put PLIST in WRKSRC, before bento catches me changing stuff in   MASTERDIR. 
Dispense with the post-clean target, since "make clean"   will clear away the
PLIST now.  Take out a stray space found by   portlint.
