audio/pulseaudio-module-sndio: Fix build with poudriere
As pointed out by arrowd@, the previous patch doesn't work in poudriere
"because the pkg-config executable isn't there at the time the variable
value is evaluated". So put the variables in the standard position in
the Makefile and fix the regular expression of sed(1).

audio/pulseaudio-module-sndio: Fix an error on loading
- Enabling this module in LOCALBASE/etc/pulse/default.pa.d/* pulseaudio
prints this error on loading:
Aug 29 14:33:26 ***** pulseaudio[3024]: [] module.c: Module "module-sndio"
version (0.0) doesn't match the expected version (16.1).
This patch fix the module version making it the same as pulseaudio's.
The latter is retrieved via pkg-config.

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

`pulseaudio --version` fails to run on armv6/armv7 because
etc/pulse/daemon.conf generation fails and still has m4 macros
embedded in it.
Get the PulseAudio version from pkg-config instead.
