Remove libogg.so.8, libvorbis.so.4 and libvorbisfile.so.6 compatibility
links that were added in r374303 to prevent massive PORTREVISION bumps.
Bump dependent ports that have not been bumped since.

Remove ${PORTSDIR}/ from dependencies, Mk and categories a, b, and c.
