Snd is a sound editor modeled loosely after Emacs and an old, sorely-missed
PDP-10 sound editor named Dpysnd. It can accommodate any number of sounds,
each with any number of channels, and can be customized and extended using
Guile, Ruby or Forth.
Included with it are some command-line utilities:
- snd-info (note: renamed from sndinfo, for this FreeBSD port) prints a
description of a sound file.
- sndplay plays a sound file.
- sndrecord records sound from a microphone.
- audinfo describes the current state of the audio hardware.

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

- math/p5-Math-GSL does not seem to have any upstream activity to make it work
with this version -> mark it broken
- this also breaks the two consumers of this port
- biology/gemma: has a conflict with cblas, and is makred broken.

Remove BROKEN on Tier-2 systems statements which no longer true at least
on PowerPC (verified for all of them) and some also on SPARC (whenever I
was able to test those on flame.freebsd.org) and even IA64 (which should
be OK to remove anyways, because it was never really supported system in
ports land and was officially killed in -CURRENT a while ago.
Upgrade from 13.0 to 15.7. The tutorial is no longer included.
Remove a dead mirror and add SourceForge to MASTER_SITES.
Unmark broken now that the distfile is fetchable.

Convert dhn's ports to the new options framework
While here trim headers and convert some USE_GNOME=pkgconfig to
USE_PKGCONFIG=build
