MariaDB is a database server that offers drop-in replacement functionality for MySQL. MariaDB is built by some of the original authors of MySQL, with assistance from the broader community of Free and open source software developers. databases/mytop: Adopt port and fix conflicts

 * The MariaDB ports have shipped a mytop for a long time. This was
   commented out due to earlier conflicts. These changes use the
   packaged mytop for MariaDB ports whilst providing the port for
   MySQL versions.
