Remove databases/py-sqlparse020
This was a dependency of www/calendarserver which will not be ported to python3
and was deleted. Users should move to databases/py-sqlparse.

Switch all pypi.python.org WWWs to a new PyPi home pypi.org where
they now redirect to anyway. All new urls checked to return 200,
I've fixed a couple of them in the process.

databases/py-sqlparse020: create port
sqlparse is a non-validating SQL parser module.
It provides support for parsing, splitting and formatting SQL statements.
This is version 0.2.0 which is needed by calendarserver.
