deskutils/caja-extensions: remove unneeded USE_GITHUB and GH_ACCOUNT
Remove USE_GITHUB=nodefault and GH_ACCOUNT as they are not needed
with an explicit MASTER_SITES. Add back DIST_SUBDIR=mate.
deskutils/caja-extensions: switch to GitHub release asset
Minor versions of 1.28.x are no longer published to the MATE mirror
and are only available on GitHub. Use USE_GITHUB=nodefault with a
release tarball instead of the auto-generated one, as recommended
by the porter's handbook. Remove autoreconf and gtkdocize, not needed
with release tarballs. Patch sendto/Makefile.in to skip installing
pre-built API docs.
deskutils/caja-extensions: switch to GitHub source
Switch from MATE mirror to GitHub tarball using USE_GITHUB and
GH_ACCOUNT=mate-desktop, remove tar:xz, bump PORTREVISION, and
remove stale gtk-doc plist entries.
gnome.mk: rename gdkpixbuf2 to gdkpixbuf to prepare for port move
The GTK 1-based gdk-pixbuf has not existed for some time.
No functional or package changes.
deskutils/caja-extensions: Drop (G)UPnP support
All available versions of caja-extensions depends on legacy version
of GUPnP which is unsupported upstream and doesn't build with newer
versions of libxml2. Drop plugin for new until it's fixed upstream.
gtk-doc is now a build dependency due to

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.
Approved by: portmgr (tcberner)
Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

Bump PORTREVISION for ports depending on the canonical version of GCC
as defined in Mk/bsd.default-versions.mk which has moved from GCC 8.3
to GCC 9.1 under most circumstances now after revision 507371.
This includes ports
- with USE_GCC=yes or USE_GCC=any,
- with USES=fortran,
- using Mk/bsd.octave.mk which in turn features USES=fortran, and
- with USES=compiler specifying openmp, nestedfct, c11, c++0x, c++11-lang,
c++11-lib, c++14-lang, c++17-lang, or gcc-c++11-lib
plus, everything INDEX-11 shows with a dependency on lang/gcc9 now.

Fix some glib schema issues.
The schemas should be listed in GLIB_SCHEMAS instead of in the plist so the
glib schema database can be updated on installed/removal of the package.
This updating is done by the GLIB_SCHEMAS macro.
Make shotwell not run glib-compile-schemas in the stagedir, this has no effect.
Additional this generates the share/glib-2.0/schemas/gschemas.compiled file.
This file is managed by the glib20 port. And has a changing checksum because
it recompiled every time a GLIB_SCHEMAS enabled port is installed or removed.
