deskutils/gnome-shell-extension-recent-items: update to latest release
- update to version supported by in-ports gnome-shell version
- remove stale post-patch target and update pkg-plist accordingly
- update web-sites list and make github repo a primary link cause
old web-site now shows something unrelated.
