Resurrect devel/c2mdoc (with stage support), assign maintainer

It seems that this port was killed for not having publically available
distfiles, but from what I can tell, this was always a distfile-free
port, meaning that it was removed in error.

The PR to bring it back did not provide the required stage support, but
luckily that was trivial to add. Differences from the previous version:

  * pkg-descr rewrapped
  * whitespace removed from awk script (caused PORTREVISION bump)
  * Header trimmed
  * NOMAN definition removed
  * CP+REINPLACE_CMD replaced with SED and moved to post-extract target
  * Stage support
  * Maintenance passed to PR submitter

- Add p5-PkgConfig 0.07720

PkgConfig provides a pure-perl, core-only replacement for the pkg-config
utility.

This is not a description of the uses of pkg-config but rather a description of
the differences between the C version and the Perl one.

While pkg-config is a compiled binary linked with glib, the pure-perl version
has no such requirement, and will run wherever Perl ( >= 5.6 ) does.

The main supported options are the common --libs, --cflags, --static, --exists
and --modversion.

isl is a library for manipulating sets and relations of integer points
bounded by linear constraints. Supported operations on sets include
intersection, union, set difference, emptiness check, convex hull,

minimum using parametric integer programming, coalescing and parametric
vertex enumeration. It also includes an ILP solver based on generalized
basis reduction, transitive closures on maps (which may encode infinite

time:

- memory: Simple per-request module with no dependencies.
          Since this is a per-request cache, neither TTLs specified in the

Add new Ada port: devel/gnatcoll

These components are a major building block of the GNAT Programming
Studio. As the package description below states, it can also be used
generically. This splits GNATColl out prior to GPS version upgrade.

    =================================================================

The reusable library known as the GNAT Component Collection (GNATColl)
is based on one main principle: general-purpose packages that are part of
the GNAT technology should also be available to user application code.
The compiler front end, the GNAT Programming Studio (GPS) Interactive
Development Environment, and the GNAT Tracker web-based interface all
served as sources for the components.

The GNATColl components complement the predefined Ada and GNAT libraries
and deal with a range of common programming issues including string and
text processing, memory management, and file handling. Several of the
components are especially useful in enterprise applications.

* Scripts: Embedding script languages * Traces: Logging information
* Memory: Monitoring memory usage * Mmap: Reading and writing files
* Boyer-Moore: Searching strings * Paragraph filling: Formatting text
* Templates: Generating text * Email: Processing email messages
* Ravenscar: Patterns for multitasking * VFS: Manipulating files
* Storage Pools: Controlling memory mgmt * Tribooleans: Three-state logic
* Geometry: Primitive geometric ops * Refcount: Reference counting
* Projects: Manipulating ``gpr`` files * Config: Parsing configuration files
* Pools: Controlling access to resources * JSON: JavaScript Object Notation
* SQL: Database interface

- Add devel/libstatgrab0 (copied from devel/libstatgrab)

- Fix devel/pecl-statgrab to work with current PHP versions

I have an update ready for devel/libstatgrab (version 0.90) that
brings a number of API changes that are incompatible with the current
version. These bindings haven't yet been updated upstream to support
the new API, so instead of holding off indefinitely I've created the
devel/libstatgrab0 port to provide just the library and header file
for the older API version so that these bindings can continue to be
used when the main port is updated. Once these bindings are updated
the libstatgrab0 port can be removed.

Both devel/libstatgrab and devel/libstatgrab0 can be installed at the
same time.

The other ports that depend on devel/libstatgrab will be updated to

New port of: Temporally Enhanced Security Logic Assertions (TESLA)

TESLA builds on our experiences developing the TrustedBSD MAC Framework
and Capsicum: our most critical security properties are frequently
safety (temporal) properties rather than static invariants. Current
tools for testing temporal properties are largely static, and unable to
work effectively on extremely large C-language software bases, such as
multi-million lines-of-code operating system kernels and web browsers.
TESLA borrows ideas from model checking, applying them in a dynamic
context using compiler-assisted instrumentation to continuously validate
temporal security assertions during software execution. We have
implemented a prototype of TESLA based on clang/LLVM AST transforms,
which is able to test both explicit automata against C implementations
(such as protocol state machines in the kernel and OpenSSL) and inline
assertions checking for missing access control checks in OS logic.

Welcome Python 3.4 to the FreeBSD Ports Tree!

The FreeBSD Python Team warmly welcomes Python 3.4 to the Ports tree:

- Add lang/python34
- Add devel/py-setuptools34
- Add Python 3.4.0 docs to lang/python-doc

Release Announcement and Major Features:

  https://www.python.org/download/releases/3.4.0/

This also marks the next stage of a cleaner, much-closer-to-upstream
approach to Python on FreeBSD, that builds upon the hard work of the
entire FreeBSD Python team over the last year.

This port is built "entirely" from scratch, retiring as much of the
legacy, workarounds, patches and hacks from the existing Python
ports as possible.

Of particular note: static + shared dual-build is gone, as it was flaky
at best, grossly untested upstream and caused more issues than it
solved. It is replaced by a shared build by default. The static python
library remains installed and usable.

Major changes in this structure are:

- Replace dual static and shared in-tree build with shared-only.
- Use options helpers
- Replace plat-freebsd* hacks with a lighter weight alternative
- Strip all libraries and shared extensions
- Only retain patches that are absolutely necessary
- Replace static disabled_module_list with one from upstream
- Retain NIS and sparc64 workarounds from python33
- Deprecate SEM option, no longer optional.
- Deprecate PTH option, no longer maintained or supported upstream
- Deprecate FPECTL option, no longer maintained or supported upstream
- Add upstream issue references & breadcrumb annotations where possible

use simple lookup tables, akin to those used by e.g. pickle.dump() and other
generic functions found in the Python standard library.
