Codemark is a semantic code bookmarking system for humans and agents.
It uses tree-sitter to create durable, structure-based references to
code that survive refactoring and shifting line numbers, instead of
fragile file:line pointers. Bookmarks are stored in a local SQLite
database with optional local embeddings for semantic search.
The port installs both the codemark command-line tool and its companion
terminal UI, codemark-tui.
devel/codemark: Update to 0.7.30
Declare the missing libzstd dependency: the zstd-sys crate picks up the
system zstd via pkg-config and links against it, but the port relied on
archivers/zstd and pkgconf being pulled in transitively by other build
dependencies.
