Ports for Haskell *libraries* are going to be removed from the ports tree.
Haskell *applications* are going to be statically linked with all dependencies
( https://reviews.freebsd.org/D19730  ), so there is no reason to keep
Haskell libraries in tree.

lang/ghc: Update to 8.6.3 and bump PORTREVISION's of all Haskell ports.

As usual, it is recommended to rebuild or reinstall all the
dependent ports and the lang/ghc port itself in one of the following
ways:

# portmaster -w -r ghc
  or
# portupgrade -fr lang/ghc

In case of pkg(8), it is probably safer to remove all the GHC-dependent
packages along with GHC and reinstall everything from scratch.  For
example:

# pkg query "%ro" ghc > ghc-pkgs.txt
# pkg delete -y lang/ghc
# pkg install -y `cat ghc-pkgs.txt`

During update some hs-* ports got two PORTREVISION bumps in a row. Other ports
got a PORTVERSION update together with one PORTREVISION bump. This is caused
by bulk-bumping PORTREVISION of all hs-* ports. There are a lot of them updated,
so figuring out which ones require a bump and which are not is too tedious.

Switch C compiler used to compile GHC to base Clang.

This removes build dependency on gcc and runtime dependency on gcc's runtime
libraries.

The ports using c2hs and gtk2hs fail to build with modern compilers as the c11
features of the FreeBSD system headers are not hidden, yet the tools only
understand c99.
* revert change to devel/hs-ncurses from r436451
* patch devel/hs-c2hs to pass -std=c99.
* patch devel/hs-gtk2-buildtools to pass -std=c99.

Force compilation of of devel/hs-ncurses in c99 mode, to allow devel/gcc to be
updated

* hs-ncurses failed, as it does not understand c11 features, which is the
default
  in modern compilers. By passing cpp-options: -std=c99 via its cabal file, this
  can be surpressed.
* While here, also update the affected ports

pseudo-graphical interfaces. This package is a nice, modern binding to GNU
ncurses.
