Remove expired ports:
2013-11-20 editors/mode-info: Misbuilding since 2004, not maintained since 2008
2013-11-20 devel/netbsd-pkgsrc-mk-files: Imported for devel/mk-configure but no
longer required

Prepare devel/netbsd-pkgsrc-mk-files for removal.

This port was added to the tree because devel/mk-configure
depended on it. netbsd-pkgsrc-mk-files is a collection of mk
files from NetBSD pkgsrc project, packed by the author of the
mk-configure. Later he included the necessary files to
mk-configure, removed the dependency and netbsd-pkgsrc-mk-files
is not updated since then.

The NetBSD Packages Collection (pkgsrc) is a framework for building third-party
software on NetBSD and other UNIX-like systems. mk-files is an important part
of pkgsrc but could also be useful for other projects.
