Mk/**java.mk: Convert bsd.java.mk to USES

The following features have been added or changed:
- Instead of USE_JAVA use USES=java. This defaults to
  USES=java:build,run if NO_BUILD is undefined. Else it defaults to
  USES=java:run
- Instead of USE_ANT=yes use USES=java:ant which also implies
  USES=java:build
- Instead of JAVA_BUILD=yes use USES=java:build. Does not imply run or
  extract
- Instead of JAVA_EXTRACT=yes use USES=java:extract does not imply
  build or run
- Instead of JAVA_RUN=yes use USES=java:run does not imply extract or
  build
- Instead of USE_JAVA=<version> use USES=java and JAVA_VERSION=<version>

devel/ocaml-camljava: Update to 0.5, improve port

- Set MAKE_ARGS to -e, and add to MAKE_ENV the upstream Makefile
  variables which need to be configured, instead of REINPLACE_CMD them
  in post-patch.

- Set the rpath in function of the JAVA_PORT_VERSION, to restore support
  for JDK8.

- Drop patch to jnistubs.c, as it is essentially included upstream now.

lang/ocaml: Update to 4.14.1

The 'force-safe-string; setting is NOT enabled, as opposed to the
new upstream default. OCaml users are encouraged to migrate to safe
strings as soon as possible.

- The X11 library isn't part of lang/ocaml anymore, users should
install x11-toolkits/ocaml-graphics.
- Add new 'ocaml' USES
- Bump PORTREVISION on dependent ports, due to ABI Change.

The update includes the following updates to existing ports (needed
to keep them working):

- devel/ocaml-camlp4: Updated to 4.14+1

lang/ocaml: Update to 4.08.1

This update allows (and for some requires) to also update dependencies
to newer versions. Where possible I updated to the latest version.

The ocaml port now is MAKE_JOBS safe.

Changes to dependent ports included in this commit:

- devel/ocaml-sexplib: Rename to devel/ocaml-sexplib0 adapting to
  upstream. Update to 0.16.0
- devel/coccinelle: Update to 1.1.1, moved to github

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles

Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.

This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles

It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.

Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.

There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

Clean up after java/openjdk6 and java/openjdk6-jre removal

java/openjdk6 support was removed from Mk/bsd.java.mk (r512662) and
java/openjdk6 and java/openjdk6-jre were removed from the ports tree
(r512663).  Now this patch completely removes remaining stuff from the
ports tree.

Update OCaml to version 4.05.0 (this is the last version where strings
are unsafe by default, which is the main motivation why it was picked,
but not the very latest one) and synchronize the rest of the stack and
dependent ports with it, particularly:

  - Update `devel/ocaml-ocamlbuild' to version 0.14.0 and unbreak,
    register build dependency on all ports that require it (should
    be part of USE_OCAML, but we do not want to make any Mk-related
    changes the for time being)
  - Update `devel/ocaml-camlp4' to version 4.05+2
  - Update `devel/ocaml-camlp5' to version 7.07 (the project had
    moved to GitHub)
  - Mark `devel/ocaml-deriving-ocsigen' as BROKEN for now, it is
    very outdated and requires quite a lot of work
  - Update `x11-toolkits/ocaml-labltk' to version 8.06.3

Most contributors copy an existing port when writing their own so reduce the
number of bad examples in the tree.

Decommissioning java 1.5 (EOLed since October 2009):
suppress any reference to JAVA_VERSION=	1.5+ (part2)

- Return my ports back to the pool.  I was unable to make any fixes to
  my ports in the past 3 weeks while ports were broken on any 10.x
  machines, which means I'm unable to maintain them.  So let people know
  that there's no available support for them until things are back to
  normal (which also means that anyone with spare time will be able
  to fix them without getting approval).

Now that the Java 1.3 and Java 1.4 ports are deprecated and will expire soon,
remove support for them from bsd.java.mk.  As Jikes is not available in Java 1.5
or higher, remove it from bsd.java.mk too (suggested by hq@) and from the ports
which used it (only occurences were USE_JIKES=no).  Support for the Blackdown VM
is also removed, as it is not available in Java 1.5 and higher.

Also remove the mapping from Java 1.1-1.4 to Java 1.5+ in bsd.java.mk to detect
old, broken ports; therefore bump the minimal value of JAVA_VERSION to 1.5.
While here, replace static values of JAVA_VERSION in files/*.in by
%%JAVA_VERSION%% .

This is a very preliminary release of CamlJava, an OCaml/Java
interface based on the following schema:

         Caml/C interface       JNI (Java Native Interface)
  Caml <------------------> C <-----------------------------> Java

Currently, CamlJava provides a low-level, weakly-typed OCaml interface
very similar to the JNI.  Java object references are mapped to an
abstract type, and various JNI-like operations are provided to allow
Java method invocation, field access, and more.  A basic callback
facility (allowing Java code to invoke methods on Caml objects) is
also provided, although some stub Java code must be written by hand.

In the future, a higher-level, strongly-typed interface will be
provided, whereas Java classes are mapped directly to Caml classes.
This raises fairly delicate type mapping issues, though, so don't hold
your breath.
