The recently imposed "must be logged in" restriction is a response to increased bot traffic on the site. This affects search, commits, and vuxml pages.

After the ports freeze to fix some stuff, the freeze is over. I have some work to do before FreshPorts can start processing commits again before it can start processing again. I've created an issue for that.

devel/perfetto: fix build on powerpc*

Currently build requires the target architecture to be
Android-supported. That doesn't make sense, since the tools
this port builds are to run on the target system, not Android.

* All freebsd-specific patches have been vendored in from
  https://codeberg.org/tj/perfetto/src/branch/v54.0-freebsd-ports
* Non-upstreamed FreeBSD-specific binaries have a "perfetto_" prefix
  added to them to avoid conflict with other ports

devel/perfetto: new port

thj@ and adrian@ did all of the underlying FreeBSD-specific
porting work and testing. I helped with creating the Ports
tree Makefile.
