The logic in USES=python will automatically convert this to 3.8+ by
itself.
Adjust two ports that only had Python 3.7 mentioned but build fine

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

Switch all pypi.python.org WWWs to a new PyPi home pypi.org where
they now redirect to anyway. All new urls checked to return 200,
I've fixed a couple of them in the process.

Convert Python ports to FLAVORS.
Ports using USE_PYTHON=distutils are now flavored. They will
automatically get flavors (py27, py34, py35, py36) depending on what
versions they support.
There is also a USE_PYTHON=flavors for ports that do not use distutils
but need FLAVORS to be set. A USE_PYTHON=noflavors can be set if
using distutils but flavors are not wanted.
A new USE_PYTHON=optsuffix that will add PYTHON_PKGNAMESUFFIX has been
added to cope with Python ports that did not have the Python
PKGNAMEPREFIX but are flavored.
USES=python now also exports a PY_FLAVOR variable that contains the

devel/py-unittest2: Revive deleted port
This port is still of value. The built-in unittest in Python 2.7 is
missing features provided by unittest2 which backports from Python 3.x.
Example code which produces a failure with 2.7's built-in unittest:

devel/py-unittest2: mark deprecated
This port is outdated and it have no consumers anymore. The only
consumer was textproc/py-python-gettext and it was only needed
for Python versions lesser than 2.7.
Mark it deprecated and set to expire at 2016-09-21.
devel/py-unittest2: Update LICENSE w/ references

This one was fun to find. As rm@ mentioned in a previous commit, no
LICENSE file exists in the Google Code or hg.python.org repositories.
There is a "New BSD License" reference on the unittest-ext homepage [1]
but wasnt a direct reference to the source in question, so it was not
considered good enough.
Gold was struck grepping BSD in the sources, which leads to the setup.py
header, that includes a URL reference to:

BSD 3-clause. Voila!

Anticipating possible license question: I have no info about
clauses number used in the license for this port. There is no
license file in the distribution, and upstream web-page also
doesn't answering that.
unittest2 is a backport of the new features added to the
unittest testing framework in Python 2.7. It is tested to
on Python 2.4 - 2.7.
