Bump PORTREVISION for ports depending on the canonical version of GCC
(via Mk/bsd.default-versions.mk and lang/gcc) which has moved from
GCC 5.4 to GCC 6.4 under most circumstances.
This includes ports
- with USE_GCC=yes or USE_GCC=any,
- with USES=fortran,
- using Mk/bsd.octave.mk which in turn features USES=fortran, and
- with USES=compiler specifying openmp, nestedfct, c++11-lib, c++11-lang,
c++14-lang, c++0x, c11, or gcc-c++11-lib.

Prepare the removal of x11-toolkits/qt5-declarative
devel/qt5-declarative has not been released since Qt 5.5.1, and it
starts to lead to runtime conflicts with qt5-quick if installed.
* No port is actually still using it (there are ports that had it as a
dependency, but do not really require it -- bump these, and remove it).
* Remove it from the Qt 5 metaport.

This is a pure bugfix release, and takes care of various important bugs:

while here
* define PLIST_SUB so that the pkg-plist does not have to be touched every time

Update devel/qbs to 1.6.0 and devel/qtcreator to 4.1.0
Summary:
* Update devel/qbs to 1.6.0
* Update devel/qtcreator to 4.1.0
* Add the QMAKE_LIBDIR_FLAGS hack we use in bsd.qt.mk for the Qt-ports.
This should hopefully make it possible to upgrade qbs & qtcreator
without deinstalling them first.
* As there is a qtcreator plugin linking against libqbscore.so, change
the RUN_- and BUILD_DEPENDS into a LIB_DEPENDS.

MASTER_SITES cleanup.
- Replace ${MASTER_SITE_FOO} with FOO.
- Merge MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR into MASTER_SITES when possible. (This means 99.9%
of the time.)
- Remove occurrences of MASTER_SITE_LOCAL when no subdirectory was present and
no hint of what it should be was present.
- Fix some logic.
- And generally, make things more simple and easy to understand.
While there, add magic values to the FESTIVAL, GENTOO, GIMP, GNUPG, QT and
SAMBA macros.
Also, replace some EXTRACT_SUFX occurences with USES=tar:*.

Update to 3.3.0.
A lot of patches can be removed, and the only ones left are backported from
upstream. The port now uses Qt5 instead of Qt4, and should finally be
MAKE_JOBS_SAFE.
Other smaller changes:
* The paths for gnuplot and ant in the sed calls in the Makefile were wrong,
and have been fixed.
* There was no explanation for why "CONFIG+=configure" was required in
QMAKE_ARGS, so it has been removed.
Huge thanks to Tobias Berner for working on this and following my picky
suggestions!

Update Qt5 ports to 5.3.2.
Proudly presented by the KDE on FreeBSD team, with several guest stars.
This update took way longer than initially expected due to us previously
accumulating assumptions and changes to Qt's build system that finally bit
us back with the 5.3 release series, so we had to do a fair amount of
cleanup.
New ports:
- comms/qt5-serialport: Qt functions to access serial ports, originally
based on work by Fernando Apesteguia. [1]
- devel/qt5-qdoc: Qt documentation generator, the Qt5 equivalent of
devel/qt4-qdoc3. Originally worked on by Tobias Berner.
It had already been half-split from devel/qt5-buildtools, (Only the first 15 lines of the commit message are shown above ) |

Upgrade OpenEXR and ilmbase to 2.2.0.
GCC 4.2 in FreeBSD 8.X/9.X base is now too old to compile OpenEXR, so
GCC-based systems will upgrade to the default ports compiler (GCC 4.7
currently.)
Add two patches to OpenEXR to permit building it in a live system with
the older OpenEXR version installed. Bug report filed to upstream Github
at https://github.com/openexr/openexr/issues/130
Couple OpenEXR more tightly to ilmbase and require its exact .so
version.
Add UPDATING note, and bump PORTREVISION of all dependent ports.
