MASTER_SITES cleanup.

- Replace ${MASTER_SITE_FOO} with FOO.
- Merge MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR into MASTER_SITES when possible. (This means 99.9%
  of the time.)
- Remove occurrences of MASTER_SITE_LOCAL when no subdirectory was present and
  no hint of what it should be was present.
- Fix some logic.
- And generally, make things more simple and easy to understand.

While there, add magic values to the FESTIVAL, GENTOO, GIMP, GNUPG, QT and
SAMBA macros.

Also, replace some EXTRACT_SUFX occurences with USES=tar:*.

Update to version 2009-08-10.  This only brings some minor documentation
changes/fixes for gb_basic and gb_gates.

Simplify footer.

Sort pkg-plist alphabetically.

Remove PORTREVISION which was obsoleted by the version update.

Update to version 20070328.  This only brings a few minor doc changes,
including adjustments of the references to the master FTP server, and
two cosmetic changes to the example database (addressing a typo in jean.dat
and a spurious white pixel at the very bottom right corner of lisa.dat).

Update to version 20050409.  This is just a few minor documentation changes,
but people my wonder why we are not up-to-date otherwise.

Tweak Makefile to allow installation into a virgin ${PREFIX}.

Address two whitespace issues (trailing space, space instead of tab).

Add Gentoo as backup MASTER_SITE to fix fetch problems.  Add SHA256 distinfo.

USE_REINPLACE need be defined only when REINPLACE_CMD is used.

Use the (optional) ISO C compliant versions of the SGB headers instead of
the old, K+R C ones.  Bump PORTREVISION.

Donald Knuth kindly agreed to tag different versions of his tarballs by
date, so update this port accordingly (thus unbreaking bento builds and
adding resilience in the case of future updates).

Update to (what we call, due to lack of proper versioning upstream) the
20030623 version of Stanford GraphBase, which essentially is only a minor
change to the documentation in gb_miles.w.

Contribute a port of SGB, the Stanford Graphbase by Donald E. Knuth, which
is a workbench for combinatorial computing and provides standard sets of
data that can be used for benchmark tests of competing methods.
