Le Facturier sert tablir les factures, enregistrer les paiements
correspondants ces factures, prparer les factures partir des
bons de commandes et faire les relances.
Avec sa partie gestion des dpenses, il permet de savoir au jour le jour
o l'on en est dans la comptabilit.

Remove NOPORTDOCS and NOPORTEXAMPLES from unstaged ports. Stage a couple while

Problem reported by Matthew Seaman:
The french/facturier port uses the ${APACHE_PORT} variable
in a manner inconsistent with most other ports that depend
on apache, and with the usage in bsd.ports.mk.

Conditionalise dependencies on databases/p5-DBI: for perl
5.005_03 use databases/p5-DBI-137 as newer versions do not
support the old perl.
Note that for some port, I merely removed the explicit
dependency as they already have implicit dependencies
via other ports.
