Rename french/py-grammalecte -> french/py-grammalecte-fr
Quotting reporter:
The name of this package appears to be Grammalecte-fr [1]. Even though its not
listed in PyPI (CHEESESHOP) yet, if it ever is uploaded/registered there,
that's what its name will be.
