Bot filter coming soon

To deter bots pegging the database CPU to 100%, a bot testing filter to be added to the website. This should not affect newsfeeds etc. Anubis seems light-weight - it''''''''s already in use within the FreeBSD Project. This notice is just a heads up in case you see something odd. This notice will be updated after Anubis is installed.

Description:
This is the port of the "rock" opening book for crafty. It is very large. It was created with "book create book.txt 60 3" (see the crafty documentation and online help for a more thorough explanation of what this does) which discards all openings not played in at least three games which I expect to be a reasonable constant, but I am open to suggestions on this. - Matthew Hunt <mph@FreeBSD.org> based on work by Stefan Eggers <seggers@semyam.dinoco.de>

Instead of relying on /dev/fd/3 being available, make a named pipe to
provide input to crafty. This should allow package building to succeed
and has no negative consequences that I know of. It is not clear at
the moment why /dev/fd/3 is not present in the chroot'ed package building
environment, but I wanted to get a fix in before the DP1 ports freeze.

I arrived at this solution after helpful discussions with
<esoha@attbi.com>.
