This is a modification to the QuakeC compiler from id Software. It allows
creating `progs.dat' file which cannot be decompiled to QuakeC source code.
As an added bonus, such `progs.dat' file is a lot smaller.
The compiler also has a C compatible precompiler. A description of the
precompiler directives can be found in a regular C manual.

DOCS=on: Build and/or install documentation

Cleanup QuakeC compilers we have in the tree:
- Trim old-school Makefile headers
- Get rid of NOPORTDOCS (replace with PORT_OPTIONS:MDOCS}
- Some other things along the line (non-functional)
- I've discovered older distfile on the Internet from Mar 2002 (while ours
was from Dec 2004). The only difference is empty `Debug' directory and
two binary files generated by MSVC. Thus, switch to older distfile as it
is more likely to be the original; augment MASTER_SITES; use NO_WRKSUBDIR
- Do not patch things in post-extract, do so in post-patch
- Apparently "MeQCC" is preferred spelling, so adjust Makefile header while
I am here
- Fix the build with Clang [*]
- Remove defunct address from MASTER_SITES
- Use USE_DOS2UNIX instead of hand-rolled routine
- Define LICENSE (GPLv2)
- Remove USE_GMAKE, does not seem to be needed
- Do not patch files with both patch(1) and sed(1): when patch file already
exists, augment it and remove corresponding REINPLACE_CMD
- Convert pkg-plist into PLIST_FILES and PORTDOCS, remove useless file
- Remove superfluous backslashes in sed(1) expressions, do minor cleanups
