Second run at cleaning out non staged ports without pending PR

Add NO_STAGE all over the place in preparation for the staging support (cat:
games)

Convert to USES=display

s/X11BASE/LOCALBASE/, or equivalent.

The X11BASE variable is long gone, however these ports were not updated.

-remove MD5

- Unbreak because we found the problem (thx to stas@)

- Mark BROKEN for upcoming xorg 7.5

Reset jmz@FreeBSD.org due to no response to email about maintainer-timeout,
and no commit activity for 3 months.

Xvfb now requires ${X_FONTS_MISC_PORT} to be useful.

Fix package building by adding a dependency on Xvfb in the
PACKAGE_BUILDING case.  The package build scripts then DTRT and ensure
this is running at build-time so a DISPLAY is available.

- Add the X_WINDOW_SYSTEM={xorg,xfree86-4,xfree86-3} variable to bsd.port.mk,
  and make XFREE86_VERSION map to it.  XFREE86_VERSION is now deprecated.
- Make xorg the default X_WINDOW_SYSTEM on -current.
- Add several new X_*_PORT variables which point to various pieces of X11 based
  on the setting of X_WINDOW_SYSTEM, and make ports use them.
- Add information to CHANGES about how to handle the transition.

Don't build the port if $DISPLAY is not defined.

Use user:group notation for chown.  Install root:games instead of
bin:games.

Use user:group in call to chown.    

Standartise the way used to disable X11 support in various ports. From now   on
WITHOUT_X11 is the Only True Way[tm].    

Upgrade to version 1.2.   Just build/install the console version if NO_X is
defined.    

Convert category games to new layout.  

Add BUILD_DEPENDS=bdftopcf:XFree86-4-clients and  
RUN_DEPENDS=mkfontdir:XFree86-4-clients when XFREE86_VERSION=4.
