Add USES=xorg and USES=gl to ports in categories starting with 'g'.
While here, try to sprinkle other USES (mostly gnome and sdl) as needed. |

unsigned poison to appease maraduing nitpicky compilers
The hob-nail tennis shoe of progrress is grinding historically
correct, but none-the-less pedantically incorrect, char constants >
0x7f into dust. Appease the compiler by making these arrays unsigned
and rippling that API change out further.
This fixes building on clang 6-based systems. |

gcc3 patches that I've had in my tree for far too long. I think it

Update to 1.43. Looks like Garrett's changes have been included in
that version, so we can remove the patches from our repo.
Note: This is still busted for -current. I'll fix that in a separate
patch. This code is really really old. |

After some ten years of playing this game, I've finally gotten irritated
enough by its broken focus handling to fix it (and a number of other ICCCM
deficiencies). This involved actually *reading* the ICCCM and writing some
Xlib code so trivial even I got it right first try.
My record: 4682 wins, 5398 losses. |
