Add USES=xorg USES=gl, ports categories g

Add USES=xorg and USES=gl to ports in categories starting with 'g'.
While here, try to sprinkle other USES (mostly gnome and sdl) as needed.

MASTER_SITES cleanup.

- Replace ${MASTER_SITE_FOO} with FOO.
- Merge MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR into MASTER_SITES when possible. (This means 99.9%
  of the time.)
- Remove occurrences of MASTER_SITE_LOCAL when no subdirectory was present and
  no hint of what it should be was present.
- Fix some logic.
- And generally, make things more simple and easy to understand.

While there, add magic values to the FESTIVAL, GENTOO, GIMP, GNUPG, QT and
SAMBA macros.

Also, replace some EXTRACT_SUFX occurences with USES=tar:*.

Rename all 10,000 games/ patch-xy patches to reflect the files they modify.

- Add stage support
- Add DOCS option
- Use PLIST_FILES and PORTDOCS instead of pkg-plist file

Add NO_STAGE all over the place in preparation for the staging support (cat:
games)

While here:
Trim headers
Remove indefinite articles
Mark as broken ports not building with gcc or clang
Convert to optionsng

-remove MD5

Convert most of remaining ports that depend on xorg-libraries to
modular xorg.

- supply corresponding USE_XORG for all imake-using ports that need it
- USE_IMAKE no longer implies USE_XLIB in absence of USE_XORG
- retire USE_X_PREFIX which is not really used anywhere after the
  above change
- a few minor nits like whitespace and SF macro
