graphics: Add missing USES={gl,gnome,sdl}

- Add LICENSE
- Take compile/link flags from sdl_config, instead of hardcoding them, simplify
  the port
- Remove bundled binary earlier, in post-extract

Move MASTER_SITES from CRITICAL to LOCAL/ehaupt

Replace USES=libtool:oldver with USES=libtool or USES=libtool:keepla in
the 32 ports that still use it.  Bump PORTREVISION on their dependent
ports except the ones that depend on these:

audio/libogg
audio/libvorbis
devel/pcre
ftp/curl
graphics/jpeg
graphics/libart_lgpl
graphics/tiff
textproc/expat2
textproc/libxslt

In these cases the same trick as in the recent gettext update is used.

Update the default version of GCC in the Ports Collection from GCC 4.7.4
to GCC 4.8.3.

 - Update audio/sdl_mixer to version 1.2.7
 - Update net/sdl_net to version 1.2.6
 - Update Mk/bsd.sdl.mk accordingly
 - Fix dependent ports to fit the new directory structure and avoid several
   API breakages
 - Bump up portrevisions for all dependent ports to allow them to be upgraded
   by portupgrade/portmaster etc tools
