Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

graphics/epsonscan2-non-free-plugin: Remove warning, extend pkg-message
There are two problems about using .warning in Makefile.
1. It is evaluated only when make(1) is invoked.
So user of binary package never see the message.
2. It is not related to specific target. So the message
is displayed with improper case such as `make index`.
So add a message to pkg-message rather than using .warning in Makefile.

graphics/epsonscan2: Add new port for Epson Scanners
This is a port of the Seiko/Epson Epsonscan2 scanner engine and GUI[1].
It provides a complete alternative to sane/xsane with its own scanner engine and
GUI.
It also provides a sane back-end library (libsane-epsonscan2.so) so that it
works with the sane package.
There are two parts to this port:
- graphics/epsonscan2 - the main scanner engine and GUI that
works with (most) USB scanners
- graphics/epsonscan2-non-free-plugin - support for Epson's
Linux binary that adds network access to scanners and
usb access to some particular scanners
Please read the file %%PREFIX%%/lib/epsonscan2/Read_me.FreeBSD for notes on how
to set this up and use it.
