- The new correction of J desktop enviropment has come.
There aren't simple functions with photo retouch but with very
useful display functions which can display an animated gif, al-
pha channeled gif and alpha channeled xpm.
So,I think this is the best partner of gimp.

- Remove USE_X_PREFIX (implies USE_XLIB)

USE_X_PREFIX is not neccesary (these are script-only ports) and it is
removed to reduce build times on clusters.
Ports depending on tkstep80 are very old (~1999), not developed and
unmaintained. |

Fix up dependencies to libimg -- the English version should be a LIB_DEPENDS
on img.1, and the Japanese version should RUN_DEPENDS on
${LOCALBASE}/lib/Img1.2/libimg12.so.1 (since it doesn't install anything in
