The primary function of easy-thumbnails is to dynamically create thumbnails
based on a source image. So whenever a thumbnail does not exist or if the
source was modified more recently than the existing thumbnail, a new thumbnail
is generated (and saved). Thumbnail aliases can be defined, providing
predefined thumbnail options. This also allows for generation of thumbnails
when the source image is uploaded.

graphics/py-django-easy-thumbnails: Update to 2.10.1
* Switch to the PEP517 build framework and adjust the relevant bits of
the DOCS option accordingly.
* Update WWW to point to actual upstream repository.
* Introduce SVG option and make it default as the dependencies were
used unconditionally before.
* Also switch to the more preferred DISTVERSION and take MAINTAINER'ship
due three consecutive timeouts.

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

graphics/py-pillow: Update to 7.0.0
* Repo-Copy the Pillow 6.2.2 release to graphics/py-pillow6 to retain
backwards compatibility for Python 2 consumers as the Pillow 7.0.0 release
dropped the support for Python 2.
* Apply conditional statements to use either Pillow 7.x or Pillow 6.x for
consumers that can be built for Python 2 or newer.
* Exceptions are ports that can be built only for either Python 2 or
Python 3. For the first case, consumers are just assigned to the
repo-copied graphics/py-pillow6.
* Also remove Pillow from BUILD_DEPENDS of math/py-PyWavelets as it is not
listed in setup.py as a build dependency [1] and relax the version

Switch all pypi.python.org WWWs to a new PyPi home pypi.org where
they now redirect to anyway. All new urls checked to return 200,
I've fixed a couple of them in the process.

Convert Python ports to FLAVORS.
Ports using USE_PYTHON=distutils are now flavored. They will
automatically get flavors (py27, py34, py35, py36) depending on what
versions they support.
There is also a USE_PYTHON=flavors for ports that do not use distutils
but need FLAVORS to be set. A USE_PYTHON=noflavors can be set if
using distutils but flavors are not wanted.
A new USE_PYTHON=optsuffix that will add PYTHON_PKGNAMESUFFIX has been
added to cope with Python ports that did not have the Python
PKGNAMEPREFIX but are flavored.
USES=python now also exports a PY_FLAVOR variable that contains the
