I've been hosting the distfile since May 2002 and this port has been
ripe for removal for quite some time. Now even I have lost the distfile
in a diskcrash, use the excuse to remove the port. |

Move inclusion of bsd.port.pre.mk later in the file for conditional BROKEN
tag. Early inclusion caused problems for some ports, so to be safe I'm
updating all of them.
