Fix whitespace issues (mixed tab/spaces, alignment) in a few ports.

Remove libiconv.so.3 compatibility link that was added in r374303 to
prevent massive PORTREVISION bumps.  Bump dependent ports that have not
been bumped since.

${RM} already has -f.

        If you have the skills, please see if you can find what is
