Data in this port are converted from the original dictionary into JIS
X 4081 format (that is a subset of EPWING V1) by FreePWING. So this
can be used by EPWING viewers on Unix and the other OS (e.g. Windows
or MacOS).

Move more WWW entries from pkg-descr files into Makefiles
The WWW: lines in the pkg-descr files of these ports where not at the
end of those files and have been missed in prior conversion runs.

Remove libintl.so.9 compatibility link that was added in r374303 to
prevent massive PORTREVISION bumps. Bump dependent ports that have not
been bumped since.
japanese/eijiro-fpw: Small fix to cover compressed case
The previous change was tested and needs a small patch to work in all

Stage japanese/eijiro-fpw
I modernized and simplified this port beyond the PR, including embedding
the pkg-plist and converting patch-aa with DOS line endings and using
dos2unix. I also removed the shell command at the small expense of
making lha a permanent dependency. The downside is that this is a manual
package with a restricted cdrom, so I can't test any of it. I'll commit
this with the hope that it's correct and request the submitter, who does
own the restricted data, verify that it's working as hoped.

Chase dependency on ja-p5-Jcode.
I don't bump PORTREVISION. Because dependency on ja-p5-Jcode
is correct, only path isn't correct. This is build phase
issue.
Fix passing of SRCFILE and PORT_SRCFILE knobs to gmake.
Also fix FPWPARSERFLAGS, which seemed to be broken wrt charset.

Fix the dependency
Using FreePWING 1.4.3, deleting CR after NL is not necessary
So nkf is not necessary.
After FreePWING 1.4.2, catdump is used in FreePWING instead of
epwutil.
