taoka lookup-1.3 has two bugs (do not do lookup-splash on XEmacs and unable to
compile on mule-2.3). These patches is to fix these problems. 10 Jul 2000 18:31:26
taoka Update to version 1.3 We need to byte-compile the elisps to show logo when
lookup starts up. So I make these elisps byte-compiled.
