Rectify USE_TEX to support both of teTeX and TeXLive.

TEX_DEFAULT:
	A knob to choose teTeX or TeXLive.  One can specify in /etc/make.conf.

USE_TEX:
	A knob for port developers.  Valid keywords are listed in
	bsd.tex.mk.

Remove *_DEPENDS from ports which depend on teTeX and add USE_TEX=tetex
instead to make migration to TeXLive easier.

- Add CONFLICTS as a preparation of importing new TeX ports based on TeXLive.
  No functional change.
- Style fixes.

- update png to 1.5.10

- Remove unnecessary PKGNAMEPREFIX declaration

Update to 3.1.10.  Changes include:

 plfonts.dtx:
        - Fixed issue of $a^\mathrm{b}, a_\mathrm{b}$.
        - Support \reDeclareMathAlphabet as a rubust sequence.

 tascmac.sty:
        - Several issues of itembox and screen environment fixed.

 ptex:
        - Fix uninitialized variable issue.

 [pt]lto[tp]f:
        - Fix handling of section 16 in kanji map.

Update MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR.

Migrate japanese/ptex{,-base,-tetex} to japanese/ptex; the old version
of japanese/ptex has been removed and japanese/ptex-tetex has been
renamed with japanese/ptex.  These are almost the same with each other
(actually ptex-tetex had some upper compatibility with ptex), so there
should be no functionality regression.

Also, dependencies of the relevant ports have been updated and
PORTREVISON bumped.

Schedule these broken ports for termination on 2006-12-01

Unbreak this port, as it seems the previous commit has fixed the problem.

Do the build of ../ptex-base in pre-configure, so that all the
dependencies would have been built and installed by then.
Hopefully, this will unbreak the package build, but leave the
BROKEN lines till package build actually succeeds.

Set an expiry date of 2004-08-20 for these BROKEN/IGNORE/FORBIDDEN
ports.  They will be removed on or after that date if they are still
broken and no fix has been submitted to GNATS.

Ah, I meant to make EUC the default kanji code.

Upgrade to 3.1.2.
Now charset to be used can be specified at runtime, instead of compile time.
Due to this change, charset specific ports are being removed, and pTeX now
consists of two ports: ptex-base and ptex.
Ptex-base is what used to be ptex-common, which installs non-Japanese portion of
the system, and ptex is what used to be the charset specific portion, which
installs Japanese specific files.
Thus, ptex-common and ptex-euc are renamed to ptex-base and ptex respectively,
and ptex-jis and ptex-sjis are being removed.
