Remove japanese/vje30-trial which is no longer distributed.

Considering the existing users, I'll leave japanese/vje30 for the moment.

With portmgr hat on, reset maintainership of knu's ports since he has
been inactive more than 6 months.  We hope to see him back sometime.

Fix sh syntax error in an @exec line.  This is only critical when
PREFIX != /usr/local.

Add SIZE data.

Use the FIND and XARGS macros introduced in bsd.port.mk 1.391.

De-pkg-comment my non-ruby ports as well.

Get rid of aout support cruft.

Use ${ECHO_CMD} instead of ${ECHO} where you mean the echo command;   the ECHO
macro is set to "echo" by default, but it is set to "true" if   make(1) is
invoked with the -s option while ECHO_CMD is always set to   the echo command.  
 

These ports depend on compat3x, so make them depend on misc/compat3x:    

Fix distinfo to include DIST_SUBDIR. (I forgot to do that!  D'oh!)    

Add %%PORTDOCS%%.    

Set DIST_SUBDIR to "vje30" to cooperate with japanese/vje30.    

Change PKGDIR from pkg/ to .  Also fix places where ${PKGDIR} is   spelled out
(many of which are ${PKGDIR}/MESSAGE -> ${PKGMESSAGE} type   fixes that
shouldn't have been necessary) and the string "/pkg/"   appear.    

Convert category japanese to new layout.  

Replace the startup script with the new one that supports {start-stop}.    

Add support for out native JDK 1.2.
