Decommissioning java 1.5 (EOLed since October 2009):
removal of the different 1.5 jre and jdk vendors
Removing outdated jdk16 vendors:
removing all the bsdjava and freebsd vendors, consider using openjdk6 or
openjsk7 instead.

Reset znerd's ports maintainership:
- All JDK ports (and JDK documentation ports) that were formerly maintained by
znerd have been assigned to java@FreeBSD.org
- I will handle some of the remaining ports (jakarta-commons-*, jdom, xalan-j
and xmlenc)
- Everything else is reset to ports@FreeBSD.org
