Add staging support

Add NO_STAGE all over the place in preparation for the staging support (cat:
korean)

- Re-add ftp.kaist.ac.kr and remove defunct ftp.kreonet.re.kr.
- Modernize the port and make portlint happy.

Update e-mail address on behalf of cjh as he personally requested.

Remove dead site (ftp.kaist.ac.kr)

- Get Rid MD5 support

Reset cjh due to inactivity.  We hope to see him back again soon.
