To deter bots pegging the database CPU to 100%, a bot testing filter to be added to the website. This should not affect newsfeeds etc. Anubis seems light-weight - it''''''''s already in use within the FreeBSD Project. This notice is just a heads up in case you see something odd. Description:
Egcs (pronounced "eggs") is an enhanced version of the GNU compiler suite, including gcc, g++, and g77. Egcs is based on a recent snapshot of the gcc-2.8 development sources; it contains nearly all of the new features found in gcc-2.8. Egcs also contains many improvements and features not found in gcc-2.7 and even the soon to be released gcc-2.8 compilers. C++ support, and in particular template support, is vastly improved over gcc-2.7. For more details, see <http://www.cygnus.com/egcs/>. Use ${ECHO_CMD} instead of ${ECHO} where you mean the echo command;   the ECHO
macro is set to "echo" by default, but it is set to "true" if   make(1) is
invoked with the -s option while ECHO_CMD is always set to   the echo command.
