The Mozart system provides state-of-the-art support in two areas: open
distributed computing and constraint-based inference. Mozart
implements Oz, a concurrent object-oriented language with dataflow
synchronization. Oz combines concurrent and distributed programming
with logical constraint-based inference, making it a unique choice for
developing multi-agent systems. Mozart is an ideal platform for both
general-purpose distributed applications as well as for hard problems
requiring sophisticated optimization and inferencing abilities. We
have developed applications in scheduling and time-tabling, in
placement and configuration, in natural language and knowledge
representation, multi-agent systems and sophisticated collaborative
tools.

Convert most of remaining ports that depend on xorg-libraries to
modular xorg.
- supply corresponding USE_XORG for all imake-using ports that need it
- USE_IMAKE no longer implies USE_XLIB in absence of USE_XORG
- retire USE_X_PREFIX which is not really used anywhere after the
above change
- a few minor nits like whitespace and SF macro

Mass-conversion to the USE_AUTOTOOLS New World Order. The code present
in bsd.autotools.mk essentially makes this a no-op given that all the
old variables set a USE_AUTOTOOLS_COMPAT variable, which is parsed in
exactly the same way as USE_AUTOTOOLS itself.
Moreover, USE_AUTOTOOLS has already been extensively tested by the GNOME
team -- all GNOME 2.12.x ports use it.

Move the ancient emacs 19.x port from editors/emacs to
editors/emacs19, and update the main emacs port to 21.x by copying from
editors/emacs21. Retire the editors/emacs21 port.

Replace all known incantations of WANT_{AUTOMAKE,AUTOCONF,LIBTOOL}* with
the USE_<x> equivalents. In the current scheme of things, the WANT_
variables in this case are synonymous with the USE_ ones, and thus need
to be exterminated.
First in a series of major autotools cleanups.
Use WANT_AUTOCONF_VER so we don't automagically execute autoconf when we
don't want to. Unfortunately, I still can't get it to build because it appears
not to link against libgmp. Kris, if you think this is my problem to solve,
I will attempt to do so. Otherwise, I have kde 3.1 things to take care of,
and a cups upgrade to pull together. If I can get the cups upgrade done,
I'd like to get it in.

Fix autoconf usage. Port is still broken, though. It's missing linking in
whatever has all the mpz_ functions (libgmp?). But that's not autoconf's fault.

Use ${ECHO_CMD} instead of ${ECHO} where you mean the echo command; the ECHO
macro is set to "echo" by default, but it is set to "true" if make(1) is
invoked with the -s option while ECHO_CMD is always set to the echo command.
Change PKGDIR from pkg/ to . Also fix places where ${PKGDIR} is spelled out
(many of which are ${PKGDIR}/MESSAGE -> ${PKGMESSAGE} type fixes that
shouldn't have been necessary) and the string "/pkg/" appear.
