lang/spidermonkey91: Remove expired port
lang/spidermonkey91 has no users in the ports tree, so let's remove
before someone adds a museum software port that depends on it.
We have more than enough newer versions available to start new projects.
lang/spidermonkey91: fix build with clang and libc++ 19
Clang 19 now diagnoses incorrect member accesses, which causes
lang/spidermonkey91 to fail with an error similar to:

Upstream fixed this for https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/1894423 in
changeset 223087fdc29f18678f6174e9807b8780e439acf6 [2], so pull this in
as a patch and apply it.
Also, as noted in the libc++ 19 release notes [1], std::char_traits<> is
now only provided for char, char8_t, char16_t, char32_t and wchar_t, and

lang/spidermonkey91: Fix build on 14
For now this is not the ideal solution. Not sure why there is a check
for llvm version 80. So not touching that part of the code at the
moment. This will require further investigation later.

lang/spidermonkey91: fix build with Python 3.11
open(), io.open() et al no longer accept 'U' ("universal newline")
in the file mode; the flag had been deprecated since Python 3.3. [0]
Failed during configure.
While here, remove duplicate Python dependency line and use root
configure script.

lang/spidermonkey91: limit Python version to 3.7-3.10 (+)
Old firefox engine still have harcoded 'rU' as file mode for 'fopen()'
'U' is default and deprecated since python-3.3, becomes a failure in 3.11.
Instead of patching dozen files, limit python to 3.7-3.10 as it used only for
configure stage.

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

devel/autoconf*: restructure to prepare for 2.71
- Rename autoconf 2.13 port directory, package, and command all to
autoconf2.13 just like ports like perl and python.
- Let USES=autoreconf run gtkdocize if necessary.
- Rewrite autoconf-wrapper and rename it autoconf-switch to reflect
better what it does.
- Delete patch-bison. It has been reverted upstream.
- Add a patch to let autoreconf set the AUTOCONF environment variable
so subprocesses like automake use the correct version.
- Make building of info files optional.
- Address portlint, portclippy, portfmt issues in devel/autoconf*.
