other port, and it is supplanted by lang/tclX. 8.0.4 linimon Per kris' suggestion, mark as deprecated (supplanted by lang/tclX which
is at 8.3.5). This port is not used by any other port in the ports tree. 8.0.4 linimon Per distfile survey, remove mastersite that disappeared in December 2003.
