Fix WWW in parent/child ports

Many of the WWW are overwritten later which means the wrong value
is used. This did not happen before where the children were either
 a) just using the pkg-descr from the parents
 b) or had their own separate pkg-descr with custom WWW

Use WWW?= in parents when the child's WWW is different.

Children that use the same WWW as the parent can just inherit it,
i.e., the child WWW can be removed.

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles

Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.

This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles

It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.

Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.

There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

Update 4.10 -> 4.12:

For Exim, this includes an enormous number of fixes.  Most of these are
for esoteric configurations, although if you're bitten by them, you're
bitten hard.

The fixes also include closing up a buffer overflow that is not believed
to be exploitable, and a format string vulnerability that was only
exploitable by an Exim admin user, but then provided root access.

For Eximon, this just rationalizes a patch we carried locally for ages.

Track exim-4.xx now that ports/mail/exim is for exim-4.xx.

The Makefile was changed to track exim-4.xx before the ports freeze,
but this patch was not updated.  Fix it now to unbreak the build.

I agree with the Exim community that the exim-4.xx has reached production
quality.

Move exim to exim-old for folks who need exim-3.xx, because the
configuration file for exim-4.xx is not backward compatible.  Move
exim-devel to exim, removing NO_LATEST_LINK:

        repo-copy       exim            -> exim-old
        copy over       exim-devel      -> exim
        retire          exim-devel

Slave ports are intended for use with the exim port, as before, so they
now build and install for exim-4.xx.

Update to exim-3.36.

Oops.  This isn't a slave port, and has fallen behind mail/exim!  I should
make this a slave to avoid repeats of this problem.

Catch up with the location of the distfile on the master site and   mirrors. 
The exim-3.x distribution has been moved into exim3   in preparation for the
advent of exim-4.x.    

Fix a typo in BIN_DIRECTORY that prevented exim-monitor from finding   the exim
binary.    

Fix a typo in comment. (minitor -> monitor)    

This package should be called exim-monitor-X.YZ, not exim-X.YZ.    

Add a distinct package for eximon, the management GUI for the Exim   MTA.
