Description:
Postfix attempts to be fast, easy to administer, and secure, while at the same time being sendmail compatible enough to not upset existing users. Thus, the outside has a sendmail-ish flavor, but the inside is completely different. Some feautures: Connection cache for SMTP, DSN status notifications, IP version 6, Plug-in support for multiple SASL implementations (Cyrus, Dovecot), TLS encryption and authentication, Configurable status notification message text, Access control per client/sender/recipient/etc, Content filter (built-in, external before queue, external after queue), Berkeley DB database, LDAP database, MySQL database, PostgreSQL database, Maildir and mailbox format, Virtual domains, VERP envelope return addresses and others. Forced commit to state the proper changelog
(the previous commit meant to hit redports but due to space-and-quote
swap, it hit the ports tree with a bogus changelog)

- upgrade to upstream bugfix release 2.10.4
  Changes: <http://www.postfix.org/announcements/postfix-2.11.2.html>
- strip installed executables
- repair WITH_OPENLDAP_VER
- drop @dirrm from pkg-plist

Berkeley DB cleanup, remove versions 4.0 ... 4.7.
- Mk/bsd.database.mk rewrite, new default to db5.
- db6 is eligible by default only if installed on the system.
- Bump PORTREVISION of all ports that directly depend on BerkeleyDB or
where USE_BDB is found in the port's directory
- Patch a few ports such that they will pick up or work with newer
  versions.
- Add UPDATING entry
- Drive-by format fix for pks
- Drop BerkeleyDB option from mail/popular for now, requires more work.
- Exp-run logs linked from the PR below.
- Ports that do not build (IGNORE, BROKEN, etc.) have pro-forma changes
for new Berkeley DB, but are untested.

NOTE: please read UPDATING and the Wiki page before proceeding!
