same way that visit tracking and identity do.
TurboMail uses built-in Python modules for SMTP communication and
MIME e-mail creation, but greatly simplifies these tasks by performing
the grunt-work for you. Additionally, TurboMail is multi-threaded,
allowing for single or batch enqueueing and background delivery of mail.

Decommission of TurboGears 1.5 and friends
This package branch is no more developed/supported upstream since about 2011.
There is devel/py-turbogears2 (current stable and supported branch) in ports
tree. Since there are no ports, depending on that, mark them deprecated and
set to expire at 2017-03-03

At the moment 1385 ports use BUILD_DEPENDS= ${RUN_DEPENDS} and 450
ports use BUILD_DEPENDS:= ${RUN_DEPENDS}. This patch fixes ports that are
currently broken. This is a temporary measure until we organically stop using
:= or someone(s) spend a lot of time changing all the ports over.
Explicit duplication > := > = and this just moves ports one step to the left
