algebra and calculus, graphics, and lots more. Calc also comes with an
extensive manual which you can print or read on-line.

The vast majority of pkg-descr files had the following format when they
had both lines:
Author: ...
WWW: ....
So standardize on that, and move them to the end of the file when necessary.
Also fix some more whitespace, and remove more "signature tags" of varying
forms, like -- name, etc.

- Unbreak this port by using emacs 21 (this port is integrated into emacs22)
- While I'm here, use bsd.emacs.mk instead of hard coding the dependency

Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.
The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
according to ports/INDEX-7 (5007 of them) and the ones with USE_GETTEXT
in Makefile (29 of them).
